When you place your order, we aim to ship your items out within three business days. You receive a tracking notification once your order has been sent.
Please note that due to COVID, there may be some delay in your package. We will keep you updated on any delays or issues with delivery.

I live outside of Australia, will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or others chargers?
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. RiSE has no control over and is not responsible for any additional import charges as these charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, RiSE will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
What is your return's policy?
We offer a 30 day 100% money-back guarantee on all individual products purchased via our website.
To return the items please contact email@email/com to discuss a return on our products. Purchased products must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Please note we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
The RiSE products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We accept refunds for products that are fault, or if your order is delivered with the wrong product within 7 days of delivery. If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and imaged or the product, and we will verify to see if you are eligible for a refund or return. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
My skin had an allergic reaction, can I get a refund?
We put great care into creating non-skin-irritating products, and we are sorry to hear that your experience with RiSE did not live up to your expectations. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please contact us via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
