The brand is designed as an introduction to skincare for teens, and a way to introduce them to positive affirmations, self-love, and daily self-care rituals. RiSE skincare is a down-to-earth, no-hidden-nasties, all-Australian company.
We combine a simple, no-frills, daily skincare routine with positive affirmation rituals to build good habits for self-love and self-care.
The products are gentle enough for all ages, made with no nasties, paraben-free, sulphate-free, and cruelty-free. RiSE is made using organic and natural ingredients packaged into a recyclable bottle.

What is the shelf life of RiSE products?
The shelf-life of our products is 12 months after opening the product. Be sure to store your RiSE products in a cool and dry place.
How often should I use the products?
It's great to start getting into the habit of using face wash each morning and night. If you're unsure, consult with your dermatologist.
I use it in the morning to help wake me up and to start the day fresh, and in the evening to remove and pollutants, sunscreen, and dirt from your skin before going to bed.
We store our face wash in the shower, which makes it easy to remember to use it.
Apply our moisturiser in the morning, after you've used your RiSE face wash. Our moisturiser has SPF in it, as we must protext our skin from the strong Aussie sun rays.
Apply again at night to help your skin repair and replenish while you sleep.
Apply your face mask once a week. Use time to relax. We recommend applying it when you're having a nice bubble bath or relaxing on your bed. You can apply our mask up to three times per week if you like!

You can use this throughout the day, anytime you are out to keep your hands clean and sanitised. We recommend keeping it close by and easy to access. I keep mine handy in my handbag, and my girls keep it in their school bag.

Can I send it as a gift?
During the checkout process, tick the gift box and leave a personal message. We will arrange everything else for you!

We put great care into creating non-skin-irritating products, and we are sorry to hear that your experience with RiSE did not live up to your expectations. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please contact us via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
I live outside of Australia, will I have to pay additional duties, VAT or others chargers?
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. RiSE has no control over and is not responsible for any additional import charges as these charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, RiSE will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

We accept refunds for products that are fault, or if your order is delivered with the wrong product within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and imaged or the product, and we will verify to see if you are eligible for a refund or return. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total.
