Changes to your order
Our aim is to process your order as quickly as we can so you can enjoy it sooner.
If you realise that you have made a mistake on anything, please email us immediately. Whilst we will try to endeavour to do what we can, we can't guarantee certain changes to your order. To avoid disappointment, we ask you to please make sure you can check all your details before processing your order.
Can I send it as a gift?
During the checkout process, tick the gift box and leave a personal message. We will arrange everything else for you!
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your order.
You will receive an order confirmation once you have made your purchase. If you haven't received one, please check your junk mail as the filter sometimes catches our confirmation emails.

My order arrive damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear your product was damaged in transit. If your package and product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
